4. Commercial use of driver profiles
You expressly consent to Driver Konnect displaying, promoting, advertising and marketing your driver profile to prospective employers, fleet owners and other approved users of the platform.
Driver Konnect may charge fees for access to driver profiles, profile unlocks, recruitment services or other platform services. You acknowledge that Driver Konnect may generate income from these services and that you will not be entitled to any payment, commission or share of such revenue unless agreed to separately in writing.

- Vehicle owners
- Employers
- Fleet operators
- Recruitment partners
- Verification providers
- Government authorities where required by law
- Service providers assisting Driver Konnect in operating the platform
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.
6. Data security
Driver Konnect will implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your personal information against loss, unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure.
7. Retention of information
We may retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary for recruitment, legal compliance, fraud prevention and business purposes, even after your account becomes inactive, unless deletion is required by law.

Subject to POPIA, you may:

- Request correction of inaccurate information

- Withdraw consent where applicable
Withdrawal of consent may result in your profile being removed from Driver Konnect and may limit your ability to use our services.
9. Driver responsibilities
Drivers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is true, accurate and up to date. Submitting false information may result in suspension or permanent removal from Driver Konnect and may be reported to relevant authorities.
10. Changes to this Policy
Driver Konnect may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the platform and become effective immediately upon publication.

Driver data advertising and commercial consent
By registering with Driver Konnect and submitting your personal information, profile details, qualifications, driving history, photographs, documents, and any other information ("Driver Information"), you expressly consent to Driver Konnect collecting, storing, processing, displaying, promoting, and advertising your Driver Information for the purpose of connecting you with prospective vehicle owners, fleet operators, employers, and other business partners.
You acknowledge and agree that Driver Konnect may commercially benefit from advertising, promoting, marketing, or otherwise making your Driver Information available through its platform, including charging users fees to access or unlock your profile or contact details.
You further acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any commission, royalty, compensation, or share of the revenue generated by Driver Konnect from the advertising, promotion, or commercial use of your Driver Information, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Driver Konnect.
Driver Konnect will process your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including POPIA, and will take reasonable measures to safeguard your information while using it only for legitimate business purposes consistent with these terms.
